Shipping & Policies FAQs

On vacation until the 21th of July, So there will be a slight delay in shipping..

Artwork will be handled and shipped from Denmark (EU) within five workdays. All packages are sent with track and trace.

EU countries - No duties or taxes are applied on goods sold within the EU.

USA - Shipments of art are Duty Free. No TAX has been added on shipments I have made to the US (New York & California). But depending on the state, you might be asked to pay GST usually around 5%.

Canada - Shipments of art are Duty Free. You might be asked to pay GST usually around 5%.

Australia - No duties or taxes are applied on goods if the value is $1,000 AUD or less.

Japan - Duties are typically 1%. Include your phone number, so customs can contact you in the case of an issue.

Hong Kong - So far no duties or tax has been added to the shipments I have made to Hong Kong.

Turkey - So far no duties or tax has been added to the shipments I have made to Turkey.

Import charges can vary widely. Please make sure what rules apply to your specific country or state before making a purchase. The recipient will pay any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
